Afk timing

My idea is to make a real-time game, is there any way for time to not stop while in menu screen or battle screen or when afk ?.

Ex: The exp will increase x every 5 seconds when I'm offline.

You can use
Code:
Date.now();
to get the milliseconds since 1970, record that in a variable at save time and at load time do the math between the new Date.now();

Time should not stop when afk - are you sure that it does?

When in battle or menus, those are different scenes, and the map and its events, and common events, don't run then. To change that you would have to get a plugin that keeps the map running while you are in other scenes, or rewrite all of the other scenes to exist within the context of the map - no easy task.

if you cannot do the coding you need to tone down your idea
I once have these problem too
I ask and searching around to find out that every thing I want
require a custom plugin

so for save your time
I will tell you that other than rpg turn base system focus
there hardly to find plugin around to support it
you better learn about JavaScript and making plugin yourself
or adapt your Idea to the plugin that already shared around

now I'm still feeling waste about all the time I try to search for plugin that does not exist
and try to work with the plugin that not intention to do what I want
if you want to make something unique and complicate
something that rpg maker doesn't mean to do
you can't get away without learn coding anyway...

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
