I'd like a battler pixel sprite like the old FF's created with individual pixel sprites such as couple women and three men and no pickaxes or torches, just angry expressions in their faces and defensive poses.
So I can add them separately within the Troops menu (e.g Angry Mob *5).

I am asking for the sprite to be created similar in the style of Final Fantasy pixels.

It isn't a battler I want like a actor. It is a pixelated sprite that I want to battle within the troops menu, meaning just individual five sprites but a single image each per person.

You seem to be using words that mean one thing to mean something completely different and it's got me very confused.

A sprite is a collection of small images made to fit into a scene and work together to produce an animation. It does not refer to a single, non-animated image. Normally this is the term used to indicate a character but it can sometimes refer to objects that move, such as a ticking clock. In RPG Maker the term sprite is normally used to refer to the images to make the normal player characters and NPC's but technically can refer to images used in events or images used in battle, as long as they are animated by swapping images and not just moved around by programming.

A battler can refer to anything between a single large static front view image to a complex side view animated sprite, as long as it is an image that is used in a battle situation that is separate from the normal gameplay and used to represent one of the creatures or people battling. It can even be used to indicate a collection of opponents represented in a single image. Unless you're using XP or animated combat system, a battler does not normally refer to the player characters.

In the earlier Final Fantasy games, they used single images to represent the monster or villain, and they were pixelated but they were moved about on screen via programming. They were not sprites. In RM terms they would be considered battlers.

Yeah, in RM terms it is a battler I am looking for. I am trying my best to describe what I want and I do get mixed up myself.

Ah, okay then. Do you have a style you're trying to match for the battlers like Milano cat's and the DS style or perhaps Bukarettes pixel battlers or is this something that you're wanting to be it's own thing and not matching any existing style?

I am just simply looking for a Final Fantasy styled one as I have mentioned before.

I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm just trying to understand what you want. The monsters from FF1 are extremely different in style and scale than the ones from FF6, but they would both fit into what you're asking for.

Then to put it more accurately, I do want the FF6 ones.

Ah, alright then, I won't be able to help you. I've tried emulating that style before not that long ago and failed pretty badly. Too many colors and fiddly details, lots of black, it's just not me. Hopefully someone else here can, we've got some really great pixel artist who hang out on these forums.

Thanks for the heads up. Well, least I know it's not you and I may know some users here who can do it.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
