Hi everyone,

this is a strange request, but outside the really stereotypical ones I'm having a hard time coming up with ones.

I need this info for...

well, research... ^^'

For me it's well, anything with too many legs. Outside that, I'm really having a hard time coming up with spooky mutations and body parts though, so I thought that this may be a both funny and useful topic. :)

Opossums bug out almost everyone I know.

Anteaters are pretty out there too.   :guffaw:

I suspect Squid and Octopus in close proximity would have an effect on me

For me, it's anything that I know is poisonous.  If you told me that there was a breed of cat with a poisonous bite, I'd not want to be anywhere near it.

Generally speaking, though, I'm uncomfortable around large quadrupeds.  Cows, horses, elephants, giraffes, that sort of thing.  Their sheer weight could crush me underfoot effortlessly, and it doesn't help that fear when they have hooves or otherwise weapon-worthy feet.  I don't know, too many horror stories as a kid about people being back-kicked by horses or crushed by tipped livestock, I think. >_>

Certain people. And swarms of flying insects. Those are the animals that make me feel uncomfortable.

These guys:

Hornets and wasps (not bees though). Anything with a sting, hyper aggression, AND swarm mentality is not something I want to mess with or be near to, ever.

Leeches can also make me feel uncomfortable whenever I see them on tele, or any small creature that latches onto you (ticks!) or even gets inside you.

Lamphreys, parasitic worms, spiders, centipedes, ants, and most any other bug outside butterflies, honeybees and ladybugs.

Fish. Especially little fish. I dunno what it is, they're just so flappy and slippy and fragile.. I think I must've had an experience as a child or something, haha! I'm not so worried about them these days but they used to freak me out hardcore.

Awwwww, Caz. :(

I THOUGHT WE WERE FRIENDS.

On a serious note. Roaches. Nothing else freaks me out. I even handle insects and large spiders often. But roaches are all of my nope. I worked with an entomology professor that liked to play practical jokes.

I'm fine with insects nowdays but fishes grosses me out so I agree with Caz about them, some can be ugly as hell and slimy, I mean look at the Blobfish for example, looks like a cut and melted human head...that's creepy.

well, they are a bit ~~~noisy~~~ - but not really ~~~~~~~freaky~~~~~~~

If it is a body part thing, weird external skeletal stuff is my "ick" factor in movies.

Awww no Miss Fishie, I'm sorry! We're totes still friends! ;~~~;

Unlike Damph, I'm actually alright with fish smells and the way they look. I'm mostly made uncomfortable by them because I'm pretty scared of fragility, and I'm really scared of breaking little creatures like fish. I used to be the same about rodents to an extent but they're a bit more durable? I don't trust myself enough not to hurt little animals by mistake, and fish have lots of small, frail parts like fins.

I could learn to love the blobfish though. There's gotta be a kind soul behind that face. <3

Thanks for all the comments, already got some great ideas.

Sadly I cannot ''assemble'' them now as IGMC hasn't started yet, but once I get some done I'll make sure to scar you for life. :3

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
