can you make a background/wallpaper that is animated or is there a way to make more than 4 layers?

There are a few unhandy solutions I've found one is using animated gadgets. The other is have a huge tilesheet setting up animations for each tile in the sheet then drag over the entire first set of frames and paint that to the layer you want.

the latter gets very complicated where your animated gadget is much easier to manage since it can be one full screen size then duplicate on every full screen chunk.

I know neither of these are probably what you wanted but its the only solutions I could find.

be warned using huge images and gadgets the engine likes to slow down with too many gadgets on one level, stage or area.

If the camera is shaking it could be related to the center point the camera is focused on. Check your frames for your sprite to see if there is a problem there. For example the center of the sprite can move from frame to frame if you've accidentally moved that it could be the cause and since its a shaking effect i'm inclined to believe that to be the issue although I have experienced non user related problems with the camera object not tracking as it should.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such?
