RMMZ Animated Battle Back

Hi! I am trying to find a plug-in that allows me to have an animated battle back using either gifs, video, or whatever would work. My research yielded plugins that only work for MV or VX. Does a plugin exist for MZ that would achieve this?

Hey! I didn’t, based on a few previous experiences of non compatibility I had just assumed that MV plug-ins don’t work on MZ, but am I wrong about that? I’ll give it a shot!

If there are plugin commands, it probably won't work. But some MV plugins work in MZ without any changes, so it's worth giving it a go. If it doesn't work, you can then go back to the creator and see if they have an MZ version, or ask if they plan to, or ask if it's okay with them if you get someone else to port it.

Are you wanting parallax with the battle back sliding across the scene or specifically looking for movie/gifs?
