I wanna make the enemies animated, but I don't find the right script, all I saw is only 3 frame ones.
Also, it's for a front-view battle.

It would greatly help to have more details on which kind of animations you need. Without knowing that, all we can do is point to the master script list (here) and tell you to see whether you find one fitting your needs.

If you specify which kind of animation you want, on the other hand, somebody might already know where to find the right one.

You didn't understand the question.

You said you only found 3 frame ones. So you found scripts to do animations but they are not what you what. So what kind of animation - side ones? that doesn't tell us how many frames.
It's for front view, is that what you want or are you saying that's all you found?
We can only guess which way you want to go.
If you only want idle animation then you don't want attack or damage animation?

Ah, i see.
I want a script where the enemy has many frames as I please for front-view enemies.
I only found scripts that are side-view character animations for enemies. They are very limiting.

This is a good explanation and I think it describes your goal in a much better and comprehensive way. Do you also want the amount of frames to be configurable for each enemy, or do you want it to be the same for all of them?

I know of no such a script, but maybe somebody else knows better than I do about this topic.

After looking for this, I don't believe anybody make a script to do what you want.
There are some that do simple things like breath effect and float, but not attack animations for front view.
The best I can recommend is Kread-Ex Animated Battlers, which you make animations for the battlers and specify what animations to use for the enemies and their attacks.
So I'm envisioning this to be where you show an animation for the battler of it attacking.
Then it can be as many frames as you want.

If this does not work, then someone will have to make something. You will likely have to commission it as battle scripts are often the hardest to do.

So what is an idle animation? You have not explained this well as I understood that you wanted animation for the battler, for example idle animation.
But it seems you are referring to have the enemies do idle animation and nothing else.
Other than the breath effect I mentioned or galv's sprite animation (for the map not battle), I do not believe this script exists.

So what is an idle animation?
Imagine you're using animated GIFs for the rest of the battle. It doesn't change when it is attacking or taking hits.

Anyway, for the OP. Do you have a sample graphic?

so a sprite sheet?
No, that's GIF. We can't use GIFs in VXA.
A usable one. The one you're expecting that you can use as an animated enemy battler.

Apologies for posting again so soon, but I just had to share what I believe to be my best map yet, I'm over the moon with the way this has turned out to be.

Definitely leaning on the "try to" part of the status feed rule and I really try not to sad post, but not only is my kitty Simone more or less confirmed to have IBD... but she has some pulmonary edema and a slightly enlarged heart. They say everything is early and mild and that I'm very diligent and observant about my pets but iunno...doesn't feel like a win right now.

So it turns out music is fun to make????
A lil concept for a prison level. It's intentional that the chords and sound is the same from the previous concept I posted cause it's related to a certain character... What do u think?
I was wondering if I should ask the question
"Who Is Dalph?"
But I met him pretty fast and his answer was extremely helpful. So yeah. That probably answers it.
So in hindsight, I could have made a double-post in this category instead of setting up a post on a different site and figuring out how to share and then linking...
