All the Yanfly plugins I have are fully updated.  I never miss an update.  Just doesn't work for me.  It's fine.  I can do without it for this project, but it would have been nice.
the reason i say that is because i had the same issue and it was because i had downloaded a script and it was corrupted and it didn't work right, that's why i said to re-download them from his dropbox link or something. there is also the post i made earlier to fix the targeting with mouse issue. if i had to guess i would say you got a messed up version of this plugin or the fix part.. it don't hurt to try right? i feel bad you would be missing out it is really nice to have.

(there is no reason to have a huge sheet, that huge sheet is blocking the other batters from being clicked on. (Which is why it looked weird))

P.s. you can have as many battlers on the screen as you want doing it this way, you can even mix and match them, and still click on every one of them!

I had tried this plugin, but just couldn't get it to work like I wanted, or look like I wanted.  But now, Thanx to your posting, I'm going to give it another try... However, your enemies have no weapons.  Is this something you deliberately did, or don't animated enemies use weapons?

mine works just fine and my enemies do in fact have weapons :) what are you having problems with :)

Initially, the overall process.  But this posting I quoted may have resolved that.  I was mentioning the lack of weapons because in that posters YouTube video (linked to in his post), his animated enemies had no weapons.

I've also read there's issues with this and the Sprite Enhanced plugin coupled with Yanfly's plugins as well...

The targetting issue is already fixed. Clicking enemies for me works for both static and animated enemies at the same battle. I'm also using every Yanfly Plugin so I can confirm this is working.

Jjust in case I'd recommend you redownload everything again and check if it's fixed.

the weapons work i just didn't add the weapons. sorry about that lol.

Ahhhh...  well tonight when I get home I'll try this plugin again... Assuming I cn get the Sprite Enhanced Weapon plugin (by the same author) working with it...

if you are having issues tonight or would like the help in getting it set up let me know, if needed i can stream how to do you for you. step by step on twitch or something if needed, although i don't think it will work with the enhanced weapon sprites you mentioned, the OP said it still isn't working with his plugin of that name.

i think that Rexal planned to fix that once they got through the bugs in this one. And then we kept asking for more fixes and features :)

That's fine... If I have to choose between this or the enhanced weapon one, I choose this one...

I'm slightly confused, it says version 1.13 Fixed the weapons bug, however they still don't work for me. The weapons don't disappear after the enemy swings and they still are backwards.

Am I missing something?

This is brilliant, thank you so much!! Just one thing - could anyone point me to a template which I could use to make my own animated enemies? I presume it would need to be similar or the same as the actor files in the sv_actors folder? Thanks!

OK, i don't know what happened by now my animated battlers aren't obeying screen position(they are hugging the far left again). The breathers are centered fine. I am not sure what has changed but I will try tinkering some.

I went back to 1.08 and the animated characters work fine...

Using Yanfly for screen resolution and some other stuff. but same version of yanfly's tools tested in both instances.

For me, the weapons appear fine when using a standard attack. However, I can't get them to show up for specific actions outside of the standard attack. This is a bummer for sniper or gunner type enemies because suddenly they perform the 'missile' motions with their hands- but no weapon appears.

 I might just put the gun on the VS sprite as a workaround.

Wait a minute OP, can you make it so that the sv enemies skills have an animation that work with Yanfly's Action Sequence plug-in that has them do custom animations?

Hello rexal \o i'm was thinking. if theres someway to avoid the breath enemies becaming smaller when you position they up in the battle position (picture for example) 

cause that's make the sprite looks tiny in coparison to SV battlers.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
