Animated first person enemy sprites

So i have a battle system that is much like the default where you see a big sprite of a static enemy in front of you, i was just wondering if there are ways to make it animated and to only have a few specific enemies be animated, most scripts I've seen for animated enemies are usually just for smaller sprites and well some also make the playable characters appear on the side and what not, i don't really want that.


I have little to almost no knowledge on how scripts work, so yeah a bit of a problem.


any help would be appreciated!

Please give a link to the battlescript you're using, no one can tell you what it can do or how to configure it without reading the script.

EDIT: I think I remember that there is a script from moghunter that links FV-enemies to database animations, search for it on the master script list or his site.

I didn't find anything like that when searching his name on the master script list and well looking at the site i did find it but it's not quite what I'm looking for.


Perhaps i should have been more clear, i just want a simple idle animation that uses maybe 4 frames and the frames being 200 pixels wide and 250 pixels high

If you want something very specific, then you'll probably have to have written a script specifically to your request - and then you'll need to add those specifics here before someone can even start to write it.


If you want to use an existing script (because a request can take quite some time to be answered), then you'll probably have to modify your ideas to what is availabe.

You have to get a custom script for something like that. I commissioned someone to make something similar to what you're looking for. The enemies in the game I'm working on are animated using a combination of spritesheets and some mog scripts (https://atelierrgss.wordpress.com/). You can use mog's stuff to move the images a certain amount, but to incorporate spritesheets, you'll have to get someone to make you a custom script.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
