I've looked into the various animated battler plugins and I can't seem to find the option that I want. Yanfly's and Rexal's plugins don't do this as far as I can tell. What I'd like to do is create an set animation in a PNG file of a set number of frames for my enemies. For example, let's say 6 frames. I want my enemies to just cycle throw that animation over and over during battle that's akin to something like an idle animation. I don't need the animation of the enemy to change during battle. Am I overlooking something? Thanks in advance!

sounds like you want Yanfly's Animated side view battlers script

I tried that the Yanfly Animated side view battler plugin but it doesn't seem to work that in the way I need it to for what I'm trying to do in front view. I don't want to use the breathing animation built into it and I'm not going to be creating a full battle sprite sheet for my customized enemies. I just need to cycle through a short series of frames. If it can do that, I can't seem to get a grasp on how nor can I find a video showing me how to go down that route. Attached is the short animation I want to cycle through for one of my enemies. It's just a very simple idle animation.

Sounds more like you need Archeia/Yami's Character frame extension script. You may need to use Yanfly's Action Sequences too depending on exactly how you've got things configured. IDK how well either of those work for front view though... You could also try some Victor Engine plugins; he's got a  bunch that could help you with this and I think he supports Front View... not 100% on that though.

This was it! The Battler Graphics Setup plugin does exactly what I need!

Don't forget, aspiring writers: Personality isn't what your characters do, it is WHY they do it.
Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
