So I would like to make a state that would cap any damage taken while the state is active at 30% of the "wearer's" maximum health.
EG: Actor has 1000 HP, enemy hits for 800 damage, actor instead takes 300 damage.
Alternatively: Actor has 1000 HP, enemy hits for 62 damage, actor still takes 62 damage.
I assume this would be accomplished through a plugin, so I posted here.
How would I accomplish this? I have all of Yanfly's plugins and I am not adverse to getting others.
