Ant for RMMV

I have followed the manual for how to convert MV Prject files into an Android App, but when I was supposed to download a program called ant, and type it in CMD to see that the version was displayed, I was told that the computer couldn't find anything called ant.
I did exactly as the manual said. Could someone help me, please??

Did you PATH the ANT programm? If you did, try to restart your computer, that worked for me
