Anthro Dragon/ Dragon body parts

The game I'm making has a main hero who is a Dragon man.
The main problem I'm having is getting a sprite for it, I tried to put the Dragon head from the resource file on a custom human sprite but it has not been working too will.
If someone could help me with this that would be great.

I've tried this one already but the main problem is that they are never the size that I need it and I always end up having to enlarge the head which messes up the resolution too much for me to use.

No I didn't! These might work better, although with better quality might make it worse if I try to blow it up

and another problem would be the fact that the style might not match the rest of the graphics.
