Anti-Alias/Motion Blur

This may seem a bit far fetched for what this game maker is, but i was just wondering if it's possible to apply anti alias type filters and/or motion blur to RPG Maker MV games.

Anything you can do with pixi.js is doable, but someone would need to write a plugin.
