So there's any tablets expect Wacom? Because it's too expensive for me right now.

I use a Monoprice and I have no complaints about it. In fact I adore it. I regularly see them on Amazon for about $50-60.

Huion H610 Pro. I've used and had Wacoms and I approached this tablet with skepticism ... It's great. Examples in the deviantart link in my sig.

I had Trust tablet for 4 years... It was around 70 € and I needed to get a new one at some point, since the tablet case started to open up. It should however last better, if you treat it well. It was under heavy items in my use and I dropped it several times, so that really affected it.

They have also very fast and friendly tech support. I broke my pen at some point within the warranty time, and they sent me a new one in 3 office days. I did not have perfect info to provide them either, but enough to get the thing done.

I can at least recommend that as one budget option.

This; easily best bang for your buck, and http://frenden.com/post/31659364200/the-little-monoprice-graphics-tablet-that-could for a good write-up on them.

If you want a screen, there's also Yiynova for cintiq-alikes, http://www.amazon.com/Yiynova-MSP19U-Monitor-Windows-Solution/dp/B009QQ7BG0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1376431358&sr=8-1&keywords=yiynova

If you want to go with Wacom, you can get used intuos 3's for cheap too (what I'm using currently). Just get a replacement cover sheet and some nibs off wacom's site and it's good to go.

I do hear a lot about people recommending Huion over Wacom, the specs are about the same, the only minor trouble you might have is with the driver installations.

Wacoms are now the Louis Vuittons of tablets, there's so many new brands popping up.

I use a Genius pen tablet and they're pretty good so far. The version I'm using (f509) has pretty sensitive pressure (about 1000+ from what I could remember reading from the box) and it's pretty lightweight and thin. The nibs almost never wear down. I tend to draw aggressively(not from anger but out of habit lol) and the nib barely lost 1 mm from the day I got it and have never changed it since (somewhere early 2010). It's got some shortcut key areas around it (you'd have to click on it with your pen rather than your fingers) but I don't really find them useful and they're often responding off the sides of the screen.

The only downsides are that you'd have to change the batteries for the pen from time to time, and even when you're not using it, it'll still eat away your battery life (at least you only need one). Also it's thinness can be a little bit of a problem if you want to lug it everywhere, to not risk breaking it (it's not that fragile but better safe than nothing) carry some hardback book to let it lie on or put in a simple plastic box case. It also has a thick and rough plastic sheet on it (minus the other plastic sheet which is just flimsy plastic and can be taken off like paper) and while that's not really the problem, dirt can get under it so you'll need to occasionally clean it (having small bumps under the sheet can do you bad while you draw). And like most tablets that aren't wacom, it doesn't have an eraser on the pen (not like that's a complete necessity unless you're too used to a pen with eraser that it's a little difficult to get use to one without).

As for pricing, the original site doesn't state them nor did their amazon (sold out maybe?), probably around 50$ more or less, but I got mine in my country's currency at a cheap price (probably discount since my sister bought it) so (with conversion) about 20$+

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
