Well, headline says it all... Is there... any script or command to skip scrolling text? With the goal to let the player go without to have to read all the boring text... So far I only found a plugin that allows to skip through normal texts but not scroll texts. Have I missed something?

make a conditional branch:

if button (x) is pressed
"transfer player"
else
your scrolling text here

X being pressed = action button, cancel button, or the other 2.
if you have a key mapper plugin like yanfly or ZE_Keymapper,
you can use your full keyboad input.

but this is only a basic event for skipping a scrolling text.
there are other ways as well, but this is the simple one.

Hmm... this doesn't work for me.

I've tried something alike but with a parallel process. The thing is, that the scrolling text ignores the transfer map event. The only commands so far that would end the scrolling text have been 'return to title' and 'game over' but unfortunately I'd like to play an little after credit scene.

I've notice that transfer player is using something that is looking like a queue command (this.setWaitMode('transfer')) while return to title uses a SceneManager call.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
