Using the core engine is there any way that you'd be able to create a move in which it would remove an element from an enemy. For example if enemy 1 has a trait of "Attack Element: Earth" would you be able to create a skill that would then turn Enemy 1's attack element to nothing?/Removing that trait from the enemy during battle?

if the trait is added from a turn 0 troop event giving them a state then the skill could remove the state.
but if its just a trait from the enemy database then dont think so

in the default engine, traits themselves are static and unchangable unless they are on states.

you'll need a plugin for dynamic traits to handle that, and then execute script commands to do that.

I remember hearing some guy playing Warhammer Fantasy Battle and getting his butt kicked by a girl who painted all her dwarves pink. She kept calling them her 'Little Gimli's.
Every JRPG needs a mandatory cliff scene.
