Anyone can make this sprite look scarier?

Hey guys!

I am currently in need of a big creepy ghost sprite, preferably similar tothe girl in a movie called The Ring so if anyone is open on making it, thank youuuu!

Alright so this one might be an easier and a quicker request. I would like to make this (image attached) much more creepier/scarier? I want it to be similar to the Japanese horror ghosts. Kinda, you get my point.

Haha, I could make this scary very easily, sadly this wouldn't end up looking like some kind of ghost girl... :'P
