Anyone good with Twitch?

Hello, everyone!

I wasn't sure where else to put this, so here will suffice.

I am hoping to make a Twitch channel dedicated to RPGMaker. I'd like it to have polish, but am poor in the graphical department. Further, I want it to possess a noticeable RPGMaker flair, and thus desire such things as logos, banners, etc to be made from scratch.

I have the entire layout of panels completed, so all I'd need is help giving them an RPGMaker flavor, and the channel layout to have an identifiable theme.

I imagine such a mini-project is a bit of work, but all I need to get this idea rolling is a sharp and attractive stream appearance. Therefore, I am willing to compensate for time spent. In advance, I must warn it will not be a large sum, as I am currently unable to give much.

First and foremost, I want it to have a radiance of quality.

Is anyone interested in helping me out?

It is, in its entirety, subject to change, and welcome to improvements in every sense.

I am looking for graphics for each panel that possess appropriate feel and flavor for the panel they encompass. Graphics for each panel title, and perhaps a background graphic for each.

... dedicated to RPG Maker? A channel for the game-maker to stream making the games, or for playing the games, or for any/all RPGMaker activity? But what kind of art are you looking for? I'm not an artist, I'm more of a programmer; the best art-wise I can do is a poor imitation of Mark Crilley's Youtube drawings, and the worst of mine are more like throwing spaghetti at a wall and seeing what sticks.


That aside, I do know that, when searching in Twitch's games directory, you can type in RPG Maker (all the way up to VX Ace for the specialized type, but I digress). And I have seen some, just a very little bit, but some gameplay for RPG Maker games and even game-making. Like you perhaps, I'd like to see a bit more -- but not everyone who makes games or plays them are setup to stream.


I am in general in favor of such an undertaking; if you follow through with it and link it here, I'd check it out. Don't know how much help you'd need after you get it setup, but as it so happens I *do* have channel-moderation experience, a long time in one channel, and as a temporary moderator in another channel; I'd volunteer as moderator to keep chat clean.

I have updated the original post with the twitch channel as it is now.

I have made this channel in hopes to do the following things:

Publicize RPGMaker.

Educate people on RPGMaker

Publicize RPGMaker-created games

All, of course, in a fun and interactive way for people watching.

While I will also require a team before launch, that is best done after the channel itself is completed. Onomotopoeia, you are more than welcome to help as a moderator once streaming officially begins.

As far as the appearance is concerned: graphics for each panel, perhaps a channel background. Those few things do for now.

I followed on the Twitch channel; my username there is DiggingStraightDown (well, actually, on both Twitch and on the Minecraft forums, not that many would recognize that here). Being that we're likely in the same timezone, it's possible I'll get to see the channel in action, and possibly even moderate.

Got a basic "offline" image done. Looks nice and fits the mood well.. and uses RPGMaker Parallax for-the-win.

The channel is feeling complete, for the most part. Managed to do it all myself.

However, because a team is necessary for the "RPGMaker School" aspect, where is the best place to post a thread. Not necessarily even a  thread to get people to join the team, just a thread for the stream in general.

Unfortunately, assisting as part of the team is currently voluntary and unpaid.

Either way, where is the best place to put a new thread for the stream?
