Hello guys, 
I am planning to buy a tablet to put in my car. I don't think I will be using it a lot. I just want to use it like an entertainment device when I wait for something, or if I happen to drive someone around. Also, the navigation system on my Ford Fusion is atrocious so I want to run Waze on it. Here's a list of what apps I want to run:
I think Amazon has some old Samsung and ASUS tablets for about $150 or so, but I am wondering if there's any better choice.
So if you know a good one, please recommend it to me.

- Waze for navigation. Not sure how it would track my location or find routes. It's not like a phone which I can just turn on mobile data. How would this work?
- Emulators, like PPSSPP, GBA, PS1, or Snes. I am going to buy a controller to connect to the tablet as well, probably by Bluetooth. I want the games to look good and play smooth. Modern games on Google Play, in case I want to play them, should work fine as well.
- Movies (maybe). I would like at least decent screen and speakers.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
