If you had searched, you have found the topic for an XP-MV conversion script.
However, be advised that that conversion is not as easy as the Ace-MV one because XP has an extremely different map structure and different database - that process is likely to have many errors, and the resulting MV project will require different approaches to mapping as well as reworking at least some of the maps (those who required the XP map features).
So don't get your hopes up too far.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
