Many scripts will allow you to set the screen size to 640 x 480. (too numerous to mention)
You can also do this with a simple command in a script slot. (Graphics.resize_screen(640, 480))
If you want to make the screen bigger that that, zeus81 fullscreen++ will allow you to press F6 to resample the screen to make it bigger and F5 to use full screen. It doesn't make the resolution any bigger, but just upscales the graphics to have a bigger window.

I just recomended Dekita's Core Script!
Because this script can set your window size. The Default is 544 x 416, with this script, you can change with other size
    example: 650 x 490 or 490 x 310

    The script link are Here!

A script slot is a blank space in the script editor.
Paste the code roninator2 mentioned in a script slot, below Materials but above Main.

    The script is here.
At your project, press F11 or go here:
    upload_2019-5-23_18-17-10.png

Then click at an empty script slot:
    upload_2019-5-23_18-17-56.png

Go into the link provided above, click in the text, press Ctrl + A and then Ctrl + C, and paste it in the editor with Ctrl + V.

So it should be like this:
    upload_2019-5-23_18-19-23.png

Then go at lines 288/289 and set your window size as you see fit.
    upload_2019-5-23_18-21-25.png

Or, if you don't want to use Dekita's script, just paste this in the Main, above rgss_main:
    upload_2019-5-23_18-22-19.png

    640x480 is the size limit.

You can also use the "Community_Basic" plugin that should be installed as you make a new game, just change a few parameters (it's easier and quicker for me this way)

@Cryptic the OP asks for Ace, Not MV!

@thatguywhoneedshelp! please ignore what cryptic wrote, it does not apply to you.

The easiest and free solution for getting the screen to the regular maximum of 640x480 would be the yanfly Ace core found
    https://yanflychannel.wordpress.com/rmvxa/core-scripts/ace-core-engine/

However, using and configuring scripts is NOT for everyone.
See my signature, there is a link "how to use a script" that will lead you to a tutorial on how to install and to configure scripts into Ace.

If that tutorial on what to do is too much for you, then the answer is you can't make the window larger.
Because you need a script for that, and that means you have to understand how to use a script.

If you have any specific questions (for example if you don't know how to download from github) then you can ask them here, but we can't explain everything if you don't understand the basics of script handling.

Just like Andar said read some tutorials.
I would suggest the starting point for new users in Andar's signature block and mine.
Or look for youtube videos on rpg maker vx ace.
