Hi there,

The software closes with no error message given and can also happen during saving the project leading to loss of the current session and sometimes corrupting the data files. Crashes can be within 5 minutes to every hour between crashes.

Faulting application name: RPGMV.exe, version: 1.5.2.0, time stamp: 0x5a8fdd02
Faulting module name: Qt5WebEngineCore.dll, version: 5.4.2.0, time stamp: 0x556a907f

Have there been any solutions to this?

System specs
64 bit system Windows Pro
Ryzen 3 3300x
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660 Ti with lastest drivers from their webpage also reinstalled the game.
Ram 16GB
1TB in space only used 200GB atm

Game is stored on the c/ drive along with the project I'm working on.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RPG Maker MV
and checked the files on steam.

My project is running on 1.5.2 due to compatibility with plugins.
It was originally a VXace that was converted a few years back.

Thank you in advance

Possible solutions (will confirm after no crashes which software for me was the cause)

This is definitely due to some conflicting software so check event viewer in the information tab then Windows Error Reporting.

list of software that could be the cause:

Windows app store
Windows Xbox companion
Discord
NVIDIA Geforce Experience

What I've seen that might be related to this issue:

How many parameters is 'too many'??
Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
