Synopsis:
The world is at peace, and has been for as long as anyone can remember. But that's about to change when a meteor falls from the sky onto a small island.
Enter Davros, a young man who has lost memory of everything except his name. He awakens in a large crater and sets out to rediscover his identity. But he has no idea that he will save the world with the help of an adventurous young woman, a brilliant but shy scholar, and an aspiring archmage. These four heroes may be the last hope for this world.
In Ascension, my goal is to create unique battles that challenge the player without being next to impossible to win. While so far, only the last battle in the demo truly accomplishes this, I plan to push the player to think about how to approach fights in different ways. I also wish to create an augment system that is accessed through crafting. The ingredients for crafting are obtained in pretty much every fight. Fair warning: there may be a little grinding required for this game, but I'm trying to minimize the amount necessary. Right now, the demo ends after the second major boss fight.

Rendal: A shy, genius scholar who seeks to unlock the secrets the world holds
Izzie: A wizard who wants to became the best mage of all time
