Hello all,

I'm here to ask for some life advice, again. XD

So we had a test in Investment today, and... I didn't do very well. Terrible, actually. o_O I have my excuse, lol, but you probably don't want to hear. Anyway, I'm kinda worried because I don't know if I did enough to pass or not. It's just that I feel that I did pretty bad. I thought of going straight to the professor and ask him to go over the test with me. Not sure if this is a good idea. I mean, we just took the test today and he hasn't even graded it yet. Maybe he wouldn't be so happy to hear my strange request.

We have a one week vacation next week, though. So maybe he would finish grading it when we get back. I could wait until then, but I'm just pissed and worried right now. :frown:

Wait until you get your Test back, than you can look up what you did correct and what not, than learn it or ask the teacher if you still dont understand stuff.
Enjoy the Week off.

After he grades it, email him asking if you could set up an appointment to go over the test with him in his office hours (they never have time to do so during lecture time). Do email him first before going right to his office, it's a respect/courtesy thing and that way he can set up a time he could dedicate to helping you.

In my experience unless it's a turn in assignment like an essay you rarely actually get tests back. Usually they'll just post the grade and you never really get to see the actual test/your answers again. It's annoying tbh. They'd make good final study material.

Do wait for the grade before doing anything, but in my general experience teachers usually welcome students who really want to work, learn and improve themselves with open arms. Do forget your excuse, though, whatever it is. I'm not saying no excuse is ever worthwhile (say mortality in your close family for instance), but excuses in general are lame and are the tools of losers and crybabies. You were unprepared for the test and did bad for whatever reason, it sucks but there's no need to dwell over it and try to get pity points; just assume it, learn from it so it doesn't happen again, roll up your sleeves and work hard to correct the situation. Your teacher and pretty much everyone ever in the history of the world will respect you way more for it. Nobody cares why you did bad. But they might care about what you're going to do about it. So be a man and suck it up. That's my opinion, at least.

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
