At hospital need distraction (sry for the scare)

Oof, sorry for this. I was in the emergecy hall waiting to be attended with monstrous ear pain and was losing my mind.

While I was trying to fight my parent's phone to make the post I somehow messed it up beforehand and it got posted. We got called immediately after that and I couldn't fix it.

As for the hospital, I had horrible ear pain and one ear totally blocked off, couldnt sleep from the nerves and pain and totally lost my ****, so we went to the hospital (on foot, f*ck this). Doesn't seem to be anything more than the regular cold being an absolute ****.

Doesn't hurt anymore now, but ear is blocked off and making a piiiiii noise for all it's worth. F*cking thing should go away already come on -_-

Watch Archeia's or Liberty Lps on your cell phone (or watch a movie or play something with it), personally I would do the same thing. I'm afraid there isn't much else to do there.

Anyway, what the frick happened Indrah? You were on Skype around 2 hours before your post.

I do agree that ear pain was much more of a big deal than I had known. Very...annoying and absorvent (as in you can't ignore the damn thing) and HIGH.

I started crying from pain adn enrves on the doctor (embarassing) OTL

@Scythud they didn't give me aythign fancy, just normal analgesics for the pain and a nose spray to soothe the ear canals or something. I gather it's jsut cold symptoms that got out of hand.

If it's mostly wax build up you could ask for your ears to be suctioned?  It's slightly uncomfortable and you might need to put some oil in to loosen the wax for a few days first but it works like a charm, certainly has for me in the past anyway.  There's also irrigation too which involves pressurised water.  It depends on what you can get done for you really.

^ Yeah, this. I had a nasty ear infection a few years ago (couldn't focus or get anything done for several days) and the doctor just ended up doing that. Cleared everything up pretty quick.

I've had several ear infections. That and tooth aches are some of the most ANNOYING pains I can think of. Like, other things hurt, but not a lot hurts in that "I will never sleep again" way like tooth and ear pain.
