Started with Joust when I was 3 or 4. When I turned 5 my grandmother bought me Secret Of Mana, Illusions of Gaia, and Final Fantasy Adventure... and well, here I am :3

I was 3 years old when I played Mario Bros 2 on Nintendo. Started playing Atari not long after that.

Man, I've been gaming since I was just a kid. But as far as RPGs go, it took until I was 14 years old to get into the scene. I always watched my cousin play them and they just looked really boring. One day though, when I was over visiting, he went to take a nap and I was really bored, so I just popped in his Final Fantasy VIII disc and just loaded up from his most recent save. I ended up playing it for about an hour and a half and I was hooked. Next thing I know, I'm at the movie rental store with my buddy and we rented Final Fantasy IX.

I'm so glad I finally gave it a shot. RPGs are my favorite genre far and away.

Probably around five, maybe younger. I remember playing Tom and Jerry: Frantic Antics on my aunt's Genesis, and playing Pokemon Red on a friend's Gameboy. Christ, how far we've come.

About 2 or 3. Sega Genesis was my first console ever.
Always lost in the Cave of Wonders in that old Aladdin game, so my cousin brought me cheat codes and I cheated my way through it.

Had Battletoads & Double Dragons on it... Nearly 24 years later? Still haven't beat it. I can get to the spaceship, but then I just get totally dominated.

Somewhat related;
The original Battletoads games were absolute murder. Omg, they were sooo hard :guffaw:;_;

About 4-ish when my cousins bought in a Sega Dreamcast, Sonic Mega Collection, and had me play multiplayer in every single game. Golden times.

When I was 6, mi madre bought a Gameboy Color with Pokemon Blue in it, and a month later, got a Gamecube...and one of the first games I played on the Gamecube was Mortal Kombat. At 6 years old.

I turned out fine!:kaoangry:

I started with Playstation. I mainly played or watched whatever my dad found interesting. My most favorite experience when I was young was watching Parasite Eve (yeah we started with M-rated games around, but that game wasn't even too inappropriate, especially since the gore doesn't come off as being too creepy). Tekken was the main game in my childhood, I guess. My favorite game ever so far is perhaps Fire Emblem 4. I played that when I was 14 or something.

7 years old. My first game was Zelda: Link's Awakening for Game Boy Color although I had the non-color cartridge.

That was one of my early games too! I started with Poke'mon, but I loved Link's Awakening and still think it is easily at the top of my favorite Zelda games.

I was nine. I got Pokemon Pearl and a Nintendo DS for Christmas that year. I had no idea what I was doing. How far I've come.

Hard to say, but I wanna say 3-5-ish.

My parents were super wealthy when I was really young so they bought me and my sisters a lot of consoles growing up. First one I remember playing was some Atari Jaguar music game, but my first vivid memories was Quake on my mom's business computer, Quake 64 on our N64 and other N64 games like Diddy Kong Racing and Mortal Kombat 4.

First game that got me hooked on gaming in general was Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy on PS2, which is to this day one of my all time favorite games, along with its sequels.

2-3 but likely younger.
The NES was awesome, and then I got a Super NES which I think was packed in with a link to the past!
I learned how to read with that game, who says you need school? :p

about 2-3 years old. My dad thought it was so funny that my hands were too small to use the Sega Genesis controller so I put it on the floor and used it like a keyboard. He'd put on Frogger or Sonic the Hedgehog and show his friends and they'd all get a big laugh out of it.

I started gaming for real at the age of like 10. I mean, I had tried other games and systems before then... but I didn't start putting myself into the worlds I played till around that age.

It's been a long time now as a Gamer and seeing the new age of games that are coming out... I am so hyped to be apart of the community still. :]

Current Game I'm playing: Rise of the Tomb Raider

Favorite Game of All Time: Three Way tie between

Final Fantasy X
Kingdom Hearts 2
Tales of Vesperia

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
