Hi

(Noob alert)

So, I thought that the audio lag that start´s in the "title screen" and "in game" would be solved by changing from 24 bit 192000 Hz setting to 24 bit 96000 Hz on my computer. But, I´m not sure it´s gonna be playable for anybody/anyplace else.

So...I searched around and found "Preload manager" plugin but I am new to this so I don´t know what I´m doing. And I got this problem..."Screenshot" It´s right after the "title screen" and I star a "new game" or "continue". And the lag is still a problem by the way.

https://github.com/TorD/rmmv-preload-manager/releases Here´s where a got the plugins.

Is it any way possible to fix the audio?

Hope I can get some help... again. :)

The preload manager is for graphics resources only.  The error you have has nothing to do with audio.

Please open the developer tools (F8) and show a screenshot of the console log when you get this error.

But this isn't really about plugins.

The only reason I started using plugin was to fix the audio. The screenshot problem only showed up with the "preload manager" I don´t care about it really.

Audio has always been a problem, even if I start a whole new game no plugins or anything the audio is all messed up. Unless I  change 24 bit 192000 Hz setting to 24 bit 96000 Hz on my Pc, then it works fine.

But I have read that it may not be playable for other´s, especially if you don´t play on a Pc.

So with or without the plugin, is the audio fixable?

I can´t be the only one with this problem.

Why did you show a screenshot with an error message generated from the preloader plugin if you don't care about the preloader plugin?

As I said, the preloader plugin is for graphic resources.  It will not solve your audio issue.

Also, did you search? This thread has been bouncing around the top of the 'new content' list for a couple of days now:

I didn't know that the "preloader plugin" had nothing to do with audio until you told me. I read other threads where they said that it would fix it but I must had misunderstood it. I was also reacting on the thread being moved. Sorry for the confusion.

And if your not to tired of me, here´s an update.

Just tried the "Audio lag fix plugin" and I still have the same audio problem. It starts in the title screen and it continues when you play. Maybe I´m not describing it right, it´s like laggy, choppy and fluttery sound. Unless I change to  24 bit 96000 Hz. My problem seem similar to this...

I can play if I just change to 24 bit 96000 Hz but I wanna be sure that other´s can play.

Sorry for being annoying but this is new to me and I get more and more confused the more a look around in this forum.

I'm afraid I don't know a lot about audio, but maybe one of the musicians on the forum might have an idea when reading your description.

Some Sound cards cannot handle 24bit 192000Hz and it might be struggling to play it at all, i probably wouldn't release sounds at that rate.  41400Hz is standard iTunes rate, but I'm not sound card Expert. I saw these article below that may answer your question. but does this behaviour only appear in RPGmaker? some Sound players like Audacity might be better helping the sound card convert 192000Hz back to 96000Hz at real time than Web Audio's API. if it sucks at doing that it could explain why its a skipping mess.

most if not all of the Default RPG maker MV sounds are 32bit 41400 Hz. there should not be 24bit 192000Hz files in there unless they've been created or converted.

Is not the sound files that I change 24 bit 192000 Hz setting to 24 bit 96000 Hz it´s the settings in windows, the soundcard playback. I guess that most people don´t use 24 bit 192000 Hz setting so it might work. I don´t know. I´m gonna finish the game and hope people can play it.  Might just be my Pc with my setting´s.
