Auto Hover Dialog Like Fallout 2 NPC

Anyone know? how to make a NPC can show dialog message when we try to reach it?

First of all, welcome to the forum. That said, regarding your concern, you could use a proximity script, if I am not wrong there are a few in the VX Ace master script list. such a script basically allows the player to activate events when getting close enough.

If you don't want to use such a script, you could use a parallel process common event that constantly checks the player position and then compares it with that of events to know where it is, if close enough, it can trigger a message meant for that character (event). Either choice is fine, but the final decision is up to you.

Or if the event doesnt move, just make a touch event in the tile surrounding it, that will show the text...
