@Avery - I just made my way back onto the forum and viewed all the wonderful stuff you posted for all us other developers here over the Holiday season. I will definitely be using some of these in my game. I think the snail has a nice place in my rain forest maps as a background creature doing his own thing. Make sure and take some time for self and thanks for sharing your time and talent with us!

I have absolutely no use for giant snails but I will find a use because these are amazing and I love them.

Funny enough, I DO have a need for giant snails! -placeholder battler acquired- Thanks, Avery! This is beyond useful for me at the moment! XD

Edit: Oh man! It fits perfectly in the SV sheet, too! Now the knights of Falamore shall tremble before their greatest foe, the knight hunting perrywinkle! Just as was foretold in the illuminated manuscripts!

This is probably a really obvious or stupid question, but I am not as
advanced in this forum and how it works so I'll take that chance :rswt

How do I download these resources? I never saw a link and hence I
am asking if it is any way save going piece by piece.

@Samael589 Right click on the resource you wish to download and choose 'Save Image (As)" and then just save it to your prefered folder.

@HeyItsKidd Sadly, my old image hoster bugs around lately, so I have to attatch the images, what makes it very difficult to update the post :/ At some point I have to find a solution, but the amount of resources is just too huge for a quick way to solve it ._.

Yes people need to save image by image.

I just made this for request, but it is free to use for everyone :3
Once I finished it I saw THE oppurtunity to use my large wings from the calendar <3
I kept the layers for those who want to edit their own char out of some of the pieces (base is just the front sprite with slightly cut off arms each, so I did not include it for that) and some convenient other combinations for more generic goddesses.

I take it you used photobucket? I'm experiencing the same problem as well. They're currently moving their servers or something. Actually, I just checked, and most of the images are back. Most of them... Least now I could start putting maps and stuff up, so I could take the stress off of these servers a bit. XD

I just wrote and released a tutorial on Frankenspriting for beginners - if you don't know what it is or if you want to start creating own characters and have never done that successfully, you should give it a look ;3

A small addition, here is the witch from the RTP without her hat - that was what I wanted to make for the tutorial first, but since there is no really close front hair (at least not close enough for me ;3) that I could've edited into the sprite to a result that I would be satisfied with, I lay it aside and acutally pixelated that part^^
It is doable though, the outcome would just be close and not the same ;)

I was clicking through the default folder when I suddenly remembered an idea that I never made become real... yet. There is the pricess actor in Actor 3 and there is a blonde princess in the People sheets, so, I thought, how cool would it be to have both be the same person?

Imagine, your party meets her at younger age to see she took the lead of a troop in later chapters...
or she decides to run away from the palace to join the party in the different outfit...
or your party has to kill the king who fell into madness and she takes up weapons to take revenge...
or you have her as warrior all the time, reclaiming her throne, to see her as royal leader again in the end credits...
or your warrior princess actor need to attend a event to gather some informations and for that scene gets the royal clothing...
I love how such small details can add a lot of depth to your game, what do you think?

Both chars are a bit too different from each other to suit that need, but... that can be changed :3 As @hiddenone has an amazing SV Battler for the Actor char, I retouched just the default princess for easier use ;3 Both now share the same crown, the same braids and the same eye color... also I took of the white gloves as they didn't seem to suit such a strong young lady :3

Another tiny resource, somehow I remember a lot older ideas lately...

When I saw the first screens with these trash cans from the default sets I was speechless. Honestly, I thought these were the first fanmade and not very well made edits for the then new RPG Maker MV xD They were so.... blurry, the colors so odd, the proportions so off, especially with these tiny tiny cars right next to them.
So, today, I made a neat replacement, so your public places can have trash cans that are not the size of a car (though... you know I already fixed the size issue with the cars, don't you? ;3)

Hello folks!
Another idea I had since a bit, I made a simple pair of eyes with a slit pupil, suitable for characters with a (secret?) demonic heritage :3
Also I added another not pointy nose for more character variation ;3

Oh, that's neat. Up till now, I was using yellow eyes to differentiate the ice elves of Kul'Teras who had deviated from their counterparts in Fafendor and other surrounding northern territories. Wanted to show in a subtle way how their eldritch pacts had changed them. This might help to drive that home a little further. Likewise, the Ramacci peoples of southern estellon often claim to have draconic bloodlines from their Shiori heritage, so having slit eyes occasionally crop up in their genetics would be pretty interesting to play around with as well.

Avery, you always make us stuff that get's the imagination stirring. Thanks again!

I genuinely like the default MZ actor sprites, and the character creator. I think I will draw new headshots for them, but part of me doesn't want to replace the default sprites. But should I? I want to eventually release my game.
Someday, I hope they make a game where 95% of the animation budget went to turning valves and opening door animations, leaving every other animation looking like a CDI zelda cutscene.
