Day 8 I have a whole batch of large images that fall into two categories: battlebacks and title screens.
And since yesterday seems to have sparked some new game ideas in your heads, maybe that is now just what you need?
I mean, it is great to have squishy mushroom boy whack enemies with his large fungus, but it would be even better if he can do that right in front of the king's throne! Or in various mountain areas! Or at night!
Battlebacks
Here I have a bunch of different things that happened one by one and were then carefully stashed away to be compiled into this post.
First of all, an edit where I turned the night title into a battleback, because, why not?

Second, I hated how there was no throne room that matched the actual tiles we have in the maker, so, after some careful editing and recoloring you can finally fight an epic fight in front of the throne while the background just looks like the map you might have mapped! I mean, for the castle battlebacks there are not even the matching pillars avaiable to map those locations!

The wooden floor here was honestly an experiment I was not that happy with, but better just hand it out than just having it collect dust forever^^'

And finally for the battlebacks, I removed the trees and grass from the Wasteland battleback(s) and then made some edits to have them work as sceneric places. From your rocky mountain path to the grasslands leading up to mountains you now have new options if you don't want to use the same default backs for every mountain areal ;D





Titles
The idea behind these was pretty simple: the Ruins screen has this neat tree frame and I thought it could add a lot to some of the other titles, so I did

Maybe the one with the large tree is the right one for the "little gnome lives in a large tree cave in a forest"-Setting ;3
