Lovely work! I love all your presets.
On this one, I love the color tones and the depth in the various parts of the house. The porch is inviting.
But if I may, from a practical standpoint, it could use a tweak.
/me smiles shyly --Ayene knows I love her materials!
If you look at the way the player will move around it has a few problems:

You will not be able to move on the grid and access the doorways.
Plus, the image is just a few pixels short of being able to fit on a 512 by 512 sheet. This isn't essential, but when you tweak the house size, it would be great if it fit as a tilesheet.
Also don't forget to have the railing available as a separate piece if the way you tweak it means the player walks behind the rail somewhere in the grid.
Maybe I am misunderstanding, but I think with a few very small changes you will make this SO much more useful and valuable to others!
(The easiest fix looks to be to just move the right rail over a few pixels. Then you won't walk through the table and you can align with the door.)
