So, I'm having an annoying problem with working with videos. I got the video to play just fine, so that's not my issue.
What I want to have is my character creation set up, then a little video, then I want the player transferred to the map where the next small cutscene will play out (this small cutscene is not a video).
My problem is that when my video plays all the other events are activated (my character gets transferred to the other map and the audio from that map begins to play during the video, I can even move my character around) even though the video is still playing and the descriptions for the video event is "...Event processing is stopped until the video ends".
So am I just doing something wrong with my script set up, or is this like a glitch?
I'm a noob at this so I'm sorry if its something extremely obvious and/or if I'm some how breaking a rule of the forums.

Quick tip for any other ametuer pixel artists! When trying to create a colour palette, enabling Antialiasing can speed up the process of creating different shades! Just place your lightest colour and your darkest colour next to each other, select both pixels, and stretch it out!
