Hi guys

Basic question. Can we have more than 15 balloon icons ? Can we just lengthen the sprite sheet?

it is possible, I try to make one to do so, 1 work with 15 still, but I need
some more testing to read param ID instead with plugin command.

YEP_BalloonIcons can do it with alot, but not animated like default,
CGMZ_InfiniteBalloons can do both and different balloons which exceed
the 15 limit.

If I can get mine to work, it would be infinite balloons as well that exceed
the 15 by default, while the param is working, I need to create the plugin command
to read those.

you can try "this.requestBalloon(balloonID)"

example: this.requestBalloon(21)

I cannot garanteed this one will work though.

Yes, you can. The editor can call upto 15. From 16 and onwards, use the following script call:

For MZ:
$gameTemp.requestBalloon(this.character(EventID), BalloonID);

For MV:
this.character(EventID).requestBalloon(BalloonID)



Replace EvenID with the event's ID you want the balloon to show on. And replace BalloonID with the ID of the balloon you want to show. :biggrin:

that was something I didn't know, will save that, nice job Sigma :)
also very helpfull to extend the list to infinite :)
