Battle Formation

Introduction
Well, JosehSeraph requested an advanced battle formation plugin here and I found the idea interesting.
So I gladly accepted it. It's still in WIP (obviously) and since I'm working on it on my free time, it'll take some time.
Released.
Current features
- Battle Formation Menu
- Bonus for each actor and for the whole party depending of the selected formation

Well, it's the tricky part. I'm currently using a json file in the /data folder to read
all the data about each formations but it's not really user friendly.
So perhaps i'll make an UI but it's time consuming and i'm not so motivated to do so.
