Battle Scaling add FX Sprite Plugin

I changed my post request because theres some problems i didnt know..

well,im searching a plugin for scaling my actor sprites in battle, like scaling sprite fuction for yanfly sideview plugin but for my actors, also add some effect like breathing and floating.
