Battle System Broken!

Hey all, I am new here and I have a pickle of an issue. My battles work working fine and then, when I went back to test, I ended up getting an error message every time I initiate a battle. I went through and double checked all may artwork and sources - everything is fine. The only default thing I messed with was replacing the SV player shadow image but it had been working previously. This only happened in my project and does not happen in s newly created project. If I switch the system to not side view battles, I get another error message but about not being able to find "height". It was giving me the same error when testing battles, but after I re-selected artwork for my actor, the battle test worked. Now the battle test works but I am still getting the error when testing the game. I am truly stumped - and frustrated because I am almost done with it! Any help would be truly appreciated!!

Check to make sure you don't have any plugins going while you test this! They can mess with the strangest things. In the same vein, be sure not to test using a game save. Those do awful things to testing.


Additionally, if you press F8 while testing, it will load up the console and show you exactly which file threw this error.

Most likely you added one or more plugins, and then made the mistake of loading an old saved game instead of starting a new game on the game's title screen. Because in 80% of the plugins, adding a plugin makes old savefiles incompatible, and using old saves will result exactly in "undefined" or "NIL"-errors.


Either that, or some of your plugins are incompatible or wrongly configured.


For more detailed help, we need a screenshot of the console output at that error, and a screenshot showing your plugin manager which plugins you installed in which order.
