Hello, i want to create a battle system like fire emblem or shining force in which all enemies appear at once then we attack turn wise OR a battle system like bastion in which there are simple controls like slash or jump and the character jumps, no battle screens. ( I don't want to create that type of battle system in which there are random encounters of enemies)

Can we create a battle system like that in rpgmaker???

Yes. There are several scripts available to modify the Battle System. See: http://rmvxace.wikia.com/wiki/RPG_Maker_VX_Ace_Master_Script_List

If you can't find one that tickles your fancy, request it in the ACE Script Sub-Forum. Be very descriptive with your request!

Also, It's very easy to set-up actual map encounters (via Battle Processing in an Event, with an Enemy Sprite) as opposed to the default Random step-based encounters. If you don't know how to do this, I recommend playing around a bit more in RM or viewing a few Basic/Beginner Tutorials. A good tutorial to start with is: http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/1953-rpg-maker-vx-ace-basics-video-series/

Please see: http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/1344-do-not-ask-for-complex-systems-here/

Yes, you can do it, but if you have to ask the question in such a vague manner then you are not ready to do so. You are a beginner, and that's fine, but it means you need to learn the basics first. Civil engineers do not design bridges in their first year at school. They start small, learning fundamental concepts, one by one, until they have amassed a large knowledge base which will allow them to... well, probably design a park, because bridges are hard! Custom battle systems are the RPG Maker equivalent of a bridge.

Start at the beginning and put in the effort needed to learn the engine. Most who come here get all excited and want to start by making a super-awesome game with all of the coolest features they can imagine. You know how many succeed? Zero, because they don't know what they are doing. Learn the basics and work your way up. It takes time, be patient. Forget complex scripts,j they'll only serve to confuse you at first you learn nothing by copying them into the editor. Learn the engine first.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
