Having just bought the game I was very excited to start working on my first project. However I was met with an error when I tried to run the Battle Test. I closed the program and even loaded a fresh file but the error kept appearing.

Any help?

You needed a poll for this?

My suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall. Can't think of anything else.

I was more just adding onto it. Guess that was unnecessary.

Also I did that as well

Which OS are you using on your computer, and what is the file path to where your project is located?

RM2K3 is a very old maker, and that looks as if write access to a folder was blocked by the OS.
At the time those old makers were created, no one cared about access rights but they became neccessary around ten years ago.

If that is the case you'll probably have to move your game away from its default location. That was the solution in case of RMXP, I don't know if it is the same for the older versions.

You should never place your projects into the steamapps folders.
Please move your projects (not the editor itself) to a regular folder and try again.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
