Better Fullscreen?

Hi. I was wondering if there's a way to get a better looking fullscreen mode than the default one. Currently, if I were to go into fullscreen mode, the graphics would be stretched and low quality. Does anyone know a way to make the fullscreen more aesthetically pleasing? If there's even a way to adjust the window size, I would be interested. Thanks.

you can adjust some of the screen size with scripts, but only to a maximum of 640x480.
That limitation is imposed by the graphics dll used and cannot be circumvented.
There are some zoom scripts that allow you to go higher, but only by stretching the internal data - 640x480 is the internal max. To go beyond that you would have to convert and switch to RMMV.
