I realize there hasn’t been an update in a while (2 months).
That is because I chose to take a step away from it. In short, I took a break from it.

Well, now I am back, sort of.

In the last patch note, I mentioned putting the game on Steam. That was true, except that I paid the application submission fee and then took the break without submitting any paper works to Steam. I’ve only recently finished submitting paperwork to Steam few days ago.


1. Urgent delivery quest added. This quest also introduces a new character, Luella, who is an important character on its own since there is a chance that she will feature as a main character in a separate game. She won’t have a big role in this game.

2. For a long time, the city Vollin has been kind of … empty. The place has been populated. The populace has a common concern. This is my first step into setting few quests up.

3. I’ve been re-doing character profiles. So far, 7 profiles are complete. Those can be seen @ https://twoclusters.com/cg-workshop/bhavacakra-characters

I am uploading few to this page for examples.

1. Side quest “Sytnel’s dilemma” added. This is a start of a long chain quest. 50% complete at this point.

2. Side quest “Magical sheep” added.

3. I’ve added some basic tutorials at the start of the game, explaining basic game elements.

4. Shroom tactics scroll added.

5. More character profiles are added.

6. All walkthoughs have been updated in lieu of Steam release.

I’ve been working on Jordin tilesets. Exterior has been easy since I was able to find pre-made assets that I felt was perfect. It did take some time to find it but it was there.
Interior was a different story where I ended up 3D modeling my own assets. This takes time. And below is a result.
FYI, the wall and floor are not my own assets.

1. Two Jordin locations are now open. One is Fort Leng. The other is Jalfti, the capital of Jordin. Those places are currently mostly empty and not fully finished. Two unique NPCs, Max & Natta, are added.

2. Goblin tactics scroll volume 1 & 2 added.

3. Side quest “Makeshift bridge” has been added.

4. Even more character profiles; there are now 22 of them at the moment.

The game has developed enough for me to be able to implement the first step of an alternative arc.
Alternative arc quest lines basically allows you to break off from the default plot at the expanse of alienating Eton guild.
It is safe to explore such quests until a point of no return. You will be warned prior making a decision.

The game is also available on Steam now.

1. Two more unique NPCs, Tena and Waner, have been added to Jordin guild roster. This makes four members for Jordin guild. I just need one more to complete the roster.

2. Eton guild quest “Thinning the ranks” added.

3. The first alternative arc quest “A new opportunity” added.

4. Character quest “Doctoring 1” added.

5. Edwin Gignac has been added to Dolle. I plan to add all Gignac siblings, so 3 out of 5 so far.

6. Even more character profiles; 27 of them now.

7. Two new artworks added: Wintersong & Goblin battle.

Welcome to 0.4.x.

The current game world map, which is very large, is about 50% done at this point.

My primary objectives before hitting 1.0.0 is completion of the game world as well as the default plot arc (Eton guild). Alternative arcs will be worked on as ideas come up but they won’t be finished until 1.0.0 hits.
The default story arc makes Maco a good person. Other arcs will be different. For an example, Jordin guild arc will be a bloody mess.

Finally, there are 51 quests at the moment.


1. Eton guild quest “Paving the way” added.

2. Eton guild quest “Rabbit hole” added.

3. Side quest “Beggers can be choosers” added.

4. Unique NPC Areta added to Jordin guild. This makes the guild complete.

5. Unique NPC Doreian added to Cizna guild. There are few more members to be added to this guild.

6. Unique NPC Giove added. He is sort of a pirate and a womanizer. Meet him to see what I mean.

7. Crafting has been looked at, fixing its interface as well as adding in some missing recipes for guild quest “War preparation.” For the time being though, crafting is largely useless due to lack of contents.

8. Four more character profiles added. The total stands at 31 profiles now.

4. Character quest “Girls’ talk” added for Annamaria.

5. Two more character profiles added, making it 33 total. Now, not all of them are recruitable but majority of them are.

3. Eton guild quest “Sandaxe mercs” added.

4. Eton guild quest “Downfall” added. This quest marks 50% completion of the default plot arc.

5. Side quest “Memento” added.

6. A unique NPC, Irune, added to Cizna guild. Probably just one more for Cizna guild.

7. Two more character profiles added with Jack being completely redone. There are now 35 profiles.

1. Baldarian capital “Baldar” has been added.

2. A unique NPC, Konrad, added to Cizna guild. It’s the grown up Konrad from Bhavacakra Grace.

3. Five Eton guild quests have been added: “Baba”, “Magic sticks”, “Discreet Invitation”, “Training the gang”, and “Passing”.

4. Two bosses added: Ent of the mystic forest and flower king Crab.

5. Two more character profiles. A total of 37 now.

This update focuses mostly on a new dungeon, Allen’s tomb. The dungeon introduces the first non-human companion (a skeleton) for Maco and builds up a connection between this game and its pre-sequel (Bhavacakra Grace).
Allen’s tomb is the first major point of interest on Baldar continent in the game.


1. “Bones” is now available as a companion once you clear few obstacles. He is the first non-human companion.

2. Two quests have been added to Allen’s tomb. (Lost sword & Allen)

The development of this game has halted.

I am porting this game over to a different engine. It looks like Wolf RPG engine is the choice at the moment.

Therefore, this is the last update for this game on this forum as it is no longer with RPG Maker.

On the "things im remaking" department even i kept getting confused by my status grenades similarity so i decided to redo both of them, now the icons and being thrown animations are very distinctive from each other :kaopride:

I genuinely like the default MZ actor sprites, and the character creator. I think I will draw new headshots for them, but part of me doesn't want to replace the default sprites. But should I? I want to eventually release my game.
Someday, I hope they make a game where 95% of the animation budget went to turning valves and opening door animations, leaving every other animation looking like a CDI zelda cutscene.
