Bible Girl and the Jungle of Confusion
DISCLAIMER - As the name implies, this game contains a significant amount of religious, and specifically evangelical Christian content. The main purpose of the game is to get a clear understanding of biblical verse memorization and application in an entertaining RPG environment. See this video for an idea of how that plays out.
SECTION A: SYNOPSIS
- A large number of genetically enhanced hardy floral hybrids have been released to grow in the Central Dome on Mars Colony. These beautiful varieties of flora have been dispersed to produce oxygen on the inhospitable outer surface. Unfortunately, they have plans of their own, which involve taking over the colony! The plants are mobile, intelligent, and deceptive. Their lies can only be countered with the Word of God.

Carmen Powell is Beth's best friend. She is strong and has a few anger issues.- Here is a video clip of the game when Carmen joins the party.
- DAD GARRETT
David Garrett is a master electrician and maintains the power grid in Central City.
Beth's father has an extensive knowledge of electricity and electrical power. He's the master electrician for the colony, and has the feeling he's underpaid. His love for his job is only surpassed by his love for his wife. But where does his love for God fit in to his busy life?
MOM GARRETT
Melinda Garrett grows amazing food in the botany dome. She has created hardy food bearing plants that will someday live outside.
Momma Garrett is a brilliant biologist, and the main reason her family moved to Mars. Her research on enhancing food plants for Mars landed her in a top position with the biodome on Mars' pilot colony, Central City. She is a no-nonsense, driven realist, but has a strong faith, which has contributed to Beth's walk with God. She has a few contentment issues.
DR. FIONA FLOWERS
Dr. Fiona Flowers is a PhD. in Horticulture and Genetics. Her work in cross-pollination and gene splicing is groundbreaking.

SECTION C: STORYLINE/PLOT
On a normal day in Mars Colony, Beth Garrett can expect a studious day at the colony high school, an afternoon with her best bud Carmen, and a few witty anecdotes with her fun-loving dad and obnoxious little brother Jed. But this is FAR from a normal day...
Beth discovers that strange genetically enhanced flowers have taken over the colony and somehow taken control of all the people too. She must free her little brother Jed and together they must free the colony from the lies and deceptions spread by these odd man-eating flowers.
Shredded bibles and emails sent from her Uncle Lars give Beth and Jed bible verses they can use to counteract the deceptions running rampant throughout the colony. But getting rid of these flowers permanently will take the help of their creator, Dr. Fiona Flowers... and why would she be willing to destroy what she spent her life creating?

SECTION D: SETTING AND/OR WORLD DEVELOPMENT
Setting is Mars Colony fifty or so years in the future. Life there exists under a set of domes, and the outside conditions are deadly. But recent genetic advancements in botany promise a Mars where everyone can go outside the domes.
Sokoban-like puzzles are everywhere in this game, as well as real RPG action, battles, custom special moves, and enemies with special attacks and powers. This game will when finished have roughly 100 hours of gameplay, covering 5 domes and an underground labyrinth.
Customized enemies, custom graphics, new outfits and tile edits, a bestiary, puzzles, and more.
Gameplay so far covers 1.5 of those domes, and about 20% of the enemies to face.
