For part of the game I'm working on there are some chase sequences and I'm trying to alter the monster events speed. 5 is too fast and 4 is too slow so I put in this script call:

get_character(event id # here).move_speed = 4.40
to get them to run at just the right speed. I had used this call in another of my games previously without issue, only now in this game I'm getting an error and not sure why. :kaomad2: I have no idea how I would go about defining "move_speed=" if it can be defined in the limited space?:kaodes:

For a side note incase it comes to mind, no this isn't a script call to a movement thing. At least not to one that isn't base to the engine, if that makes sense.:kaocry:

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
