Black window when playtesting

Hello, everybody!

I downloaded the RMMV trial version a few days ago and I could never playtest.
All I see is a black window, it doesn't even show the title screen. I can't hear any music, either.
It's just the default map you get when starting a new project, so I know there shouldn't be issues like "you didn't set the starting position".
I tried disabling all the plugins and it didn't work.
I have 2003 and VX ACE on steam and they both work, and let me playtest normally.

Does anybody know what I can try? (I admit I'm not the best when it comes to computers.)
I tryed searching for keywords to see if anybody else had similar issues, but I couldn't solve my problem.

Make sure you set a starting position for the player. If it doesn't see one it has a load error and blacks out.
