Hello there, So im looking to code/create a blacksmith in my game to upgrade weapons (though in this case this is a specific weapon that changes based on the upgrade) However I do not know how to properly set this up. Im taking some inspiration from monster hunter in that you gather materials and once you have enough you go to the blacksmith to have him take the materials out and then apply the upgrade ( a specific element added or stats to the weapon)
What I would like to know is the following, I havent been on MV long but its different from VX ACE in terms of layout it seems
Setting up the blacksmith to show upgrades
Setting up to show new upgrades once a previous one is purchased
Checking if materials are in inventory and funds
taking out said materials once used
Applying stats to a weapon permanently
