Possible game-breaking bug, early on? Here:



I return to the room and it didn't let me leave because I need to "check the items on the table" or something like that, but I'd already eaten the breakfast near the bed and none of the other interactibles (books and bottles at the bottom) made the message go away. I interacted with everything. Might want to check this.

That sounds weird, noone else has reported this and on the programming part it looks fine. Have you both set a name and gathered the bottles? (the breakfast was more of a bonus). The autosave should have saved right upon entering the room, so try to enter again through that (you will skip the introduction). Let me know how it goes.

Yeah, I've set a name, I don't think I gathered the bottles though (I may have done the first time I was here though). When I interact with the bottles it just gives the "mostly syrups and juices..." dialog. Just double checked and confirmed that I genuinely cannot leave.

No, I mean the bottles right where the second arrow is pointing, the healing potion. (just tested it and it works fine, no idea why it messed up on your system).

Anyway, since it's so early I'll probably start over and let you know if I run into the issue again.

Hi. I am 45 minutes into the game. I am in the balcksmiths shop trying to unpick the chest lock.
I am having a problem with unpicking the lock to the chest. would you kindly explain again what the technique is please. Also when the pick breaks it comes up : - Graphics/Faces/CP and then the game ends!!?
Help please xx

Only assassins can lockpick. Basically you move the tool left and right, seeing where it has trouble moving and avoiding that (same system as the Thief series and Elder Scrolls). Having the volume up definitely helps. As for the crash, that's probably my f@ckup, will look into it.

I am in Hitaris tomb but having absolutely no luck with the lock picks. I really cannot fathom out what I am doing with them. Sorry. Also, my character cannot move properly. I have closed the computer down and re-set up again but in these corridors I cant move easily at all. it is also affecting all the fights because they are really doddery and its driving me mad!! Any ideas please. Done know if anyone else is having the same problems.

If you are an assassin you can lockpick properly if you have lockpicks in your inventory. If the game is lagging in Hikari's tomb just close it and reopen it immediately, no need to reboot the whole PC.

Thank you. Now on Level 5 in the desert areas. I cant make potions etc all of a sudden. The following comes up:
Script 'Vlue's Recipes' line 761 : ZeroDivision Eror Occurred. divided by 0
Can you help please.
The game is also missing Graphics/Tilesets/HF2_A1_1
