Buff/Debuff EX-Parameters

I'd like a script plugin that lets you buff/debuff EX-Parameters such as the EXP rate, Critical rate, so on and so forth.


EDIT: Clarification: I want to have an item do this. Not a skill.

Hmph......I SUPPOSE I could gimp by with states.


While we're on the topic though, I really don't care for the lack of fine control over stat parameter buffing without states. I really think it's kind of silly to have to make so many states. I'd like to be able to modify parameters and ex-parameters on specifically numerical terms, not relative percentages.
