So if I understood it right debuff and buffs in [effects] -> [param] tab changes the flunctuation level which is 25% and you can't set how much of a parameter you debuff it's always 25% of the parameter and you can only set for how many turns it will last. And flunctuation level can stack if you debuff few times but how exactly? If enemy has 100 atk and you debuff will it drop like this: 1 level 75 atk, 2 levels, 50 atk. 3 levels 25 atk, 4 levels 0 atk? Or like this: 1 level 75 atk, 2 levels 56 atk, 3 levels 42 atk etc?
And also in [traits] at [rate] tab there's an option "debuff rate". It says it changes the probability at which you will succeed in debuffing enemy's parameter. But debuffs don't even have the probability rate like states. You can only set the duration and when I used debuffing skills as I remember they always landed a debuff. So what exactly it does?
