(Bug) after and event player can't move

Long story short, I am an absolute beginner and while I've been testing how gameplay works I noticed that after transferring player from indoor map to outdoor one player can't move around and after transferring character back to the indoor map player can move around map again. While transferring character between two indoors maps everything works perfectly

Have you checked the passabilities of the outside tiles? Make sure that they're passable.
Can your characters still turn around, just not move? If you can't turn, it's likely an autorun event blocking you.

Regardless, you're going to have to provide some more information.

Yeah, not enough information here. For all we know you could have a blank autorun event in the outdoor map causing the game to soft lock.

Character can turn around and every tile on a map is the ground one. Besides transferring player there's no other events.

Please show a screenshot of your passabilties. You might have accidentally set a tile to impassable.
Another possibility is that you erased some tiles on one of the layers of this map using an empty impassable tile.
