RMMV Bug with Yed_sideview_Battler plugins (blinking character spritesheet)

Hello,

I would like To add more frame to my SV actor (according to the following picture each animation is divided by 3 frames maximum)

So I installed Yed_SideviewBattler Plugin to be able to have more frames for my batllers (and bigger frames if possible).

I test it with this character sprite (Blanka )(just for a test ;)

(each frames is supposed to be 178 x 112)

I tried to set the different informations to enable the program to understand how to play the spritesheet.

But unfortunately, the character sprite is just blinking and not playing like a spritesheet (as you can see in the picture below).

And after trying to test various stuff... I don’t understand where my mistake is.

I don’t know if this due to a plugin compatibility either .

If you have any idea how to solve this, it would be cool :) .

I think you might have the sprite width too wide. 712 pixels seems too wide for that sprite. The height and width should be the exact size If an individual frame of the sprite sheet.

also you should only need:
<Sideview Battler Size: width, height>

this part should not be necessary:
<Sideview Battler width: width>
<Sideview Battler height: height>

You are right on the fact that the width and height of the sprite should be strictly the same :).

I change it to 166px by 166px.

And now it works ! :) :LZYwink:
