In this first episode of the series we begin our rm journey. We start out with basic project management and setting up our projects..

Requirements:
RPG Maker MZ
HackNPlan.com (or any other project management software) - No link because I'm unsure on the rule.

  1. Joining Project Management Software Website
  2. Creating a new project in said software
  3. A quick look at Kanban boards for breaking our project into tasks.
  4. Building a GDD with HnP's design model. (this is something we'll be constantly updating)
  5. Included in the above is a little talk of gameplay loop.
  6. Using our gameplay loop to prevent feature bloat.
  7. Setting up our project in RPG Maker MZ
  8. Downloading and installing Visustella's Sample Game and Adding Plugins to our Game.
  9. Adding Visu Core Engine and EventMoveCore in our Plugin Manager
  10. Setting our Game Resolution
